Job summary

Cartology, part of the Woolworths Group, is seeking a Senior Product Designer in Sydney's Surry Hills with a hybrid role offering 2 days work-from-home. You will shape end-to-end customer experiences and craft product designs that meet consumer needs and business goals.

Lead research, develop concepts, and collaborate across teams to deliver data-rich dashboards and intuitive interfaces. Experience with AI prototyping and a strategic mindset are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Solid and proven product design (UX/UI) expertise within complex environments like B2B, SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or eCommerce.
• Mastery in Human-Centered Design, research methodologies, and A/B testing, with experience designing analytical dashboards and data tools.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and AI-enabled prototyping to support high-fidelity UI.
• Commercial and strategic mindset balancing user needs with business goals to drive ROI.
• Empathetic leadership to uplift team craft and culture and clear cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research: analyze competitors, trends, and perform user research to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Develop concepts: create and validate design concepts through drawings and user testing.
• Facilitate collaboration: partner with designers and teams via workshops to align vision.
• Prototype & refine: translate concepts into prototypes and advise engineers on improvements.
• Iterate continuously: revise designs based on user feedback and performance data.
