Job summary

Cartology, part of the Woolworths Group, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to craft end-to-end experiences across complex B2B and eCommerce platforms. You will lead research, concept development and prototyping, working with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy and measurable outcomes.

The role offers a hybrid work model (Surry Hills-based with 2 days WFH) and exposure to a global retail media ecosystem, analytics dashboards, and data-driven design challenges.

Qualifications

  • Experience in UX/UI design within complex environments such as B2B, SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or eCommerce.
  • Mastery of Human-Centered Design and research methodologies with a track record in user testing and validation.
  • Experience designing complex analytical dashboards, reporting interfaces and visual data tools.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research by analysing competitors, industry trends and user data to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Develop concepts through drawings and user testing to validate design solutions.
  • Collaborate with designers and cross-functional partners to ensure aligned vision and efficient problem-solving.
  • Prototype and refine concepts with engineers to implement high-fidelity UI and performance improvements.

You'll be considering the end-to-end customer experience picture to form a design strategy, and delivering designs that align to the big bets to get to the right outcomes. In this position, you'll be responsible for coming up with new product designs that meet the needs and wants of consumers.
