Senior Procurement Officer (Assist Replacement Program)

Role Overview

As a Senior Procurement Officer, you will provide expert advice across a range of procurement activities within the Assist Replacement Program. Key responsibilities include supporting the procurement of a new case management system, associated implementation services, data migration services and ongoing support following system deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop procurement plans and tender documentation
• Support the procurement evaluation panel and assist with the finalisation of the evaluation report
• Assist with contract award documentation and contract management plans
• Conduct risk assessments and assist with negotiation and consultation with stakeholders

Candidate Profile

The role requires a strong focus on compliance, governance and effective stakeholder engagement, delivering value‑driven procurement outcomes aligned with State Government and Department of Communities policies, standards, processes and procedures.

Duration

Fixed‑term position for 12 months with immediate filling and placement in a pool for future vacancies.
