Job summary

Tassal Group in Huonville, TAS, is seeking a Senior Processor (Slicing) to lead a small team, support the Team Leader, and drive production targets with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

The role is permanent full-time on a Monday–Friday roster, offering opportunities for growth, a supportive team culture, and a competitive benefits package including discounts on Tassal products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in wet processing or fish manufacturing (highly desirable).
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a hyper-fast-paced environment.

• Leadership experience is an advantage.
• Forklift licence (highly desirable).

The Role

We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Processor (Slicing) to join our team at our Huonville site, located just 30 minutes south of Hobart. This is a permanent, full-time role with a Monday- Friday roster, offering a chance to lead a small team, support the Team Leader, and play a key role in meeting production targets while maintaining safety and efficiency.
