Job summary

Tassal is seeking a Senior Processor (Filleting) at our Huonville site, 30 minutes south of Hobart. This permanent, full-time role runs Monday to Friday and offers you the chance to lead a small team, support the Team Leader, and help meet production targets while upholding safety and efficiency.

You will thrive in a fast-paced fish processing environment, bring strong time management and teamwork skills, and ideally have wet processing experience and a forklift licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in wet processing or fish manufacturing (highly desirable).
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a hyper-fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Leadership experience is an advantage.
