Job summary

T+O+M Executive leads a major Finance Transformation and ERP Modernisation program. We seek a Senior Process Analyst / Business Analyst to capture, document and optimise finance processes while supporting ERP readiness initiatives.

You will collaborate with Finance, Technology and Transformation teams to drive process improvements and ensure compliant, future-state processes within a complex financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Process Analyst or Business Analyst within Finance.
• Strong process mapping and documentation skills.
• Experience working in complex finance environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to identify process risks, controls and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting transformation and/or ERP programs.
• Finance transformation experience (highly desirable).
• ERP implementation exposure (highly desirable).
• Financial services background (highly desirable).

About you

Proven experience as a Process Analyst or Business Analyst within Finance
