Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Power Systems, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
• 12-15+ years of experience in power generation, EPC projects, or transmission & distribution infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of 'inside-the-fenceline' equipment and industry standards (IEEE, ANSI, IEC, NERC, NFPA).
• Proven success in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex technical interfaces.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence executive leadership and regulatory stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Architectural Governance: Develop and standardize reference architectures for power generation, data centers, microgrids, and hybrid plants.
• Technical Integration: Lead the integration of inside-the-fence-line assets (Gas Turbines, BESS, STATCOMs, substations, and electrical gear).
• Requirements Management: Define system baselines, interface definitions, and validation strategies (FAT/SAT).
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with internal business units and external stakeholders to drive technical alignment.
• Performance Validation: Review power system studies to ensure design integrity.
• Mentorship: Provide technical leadership to engineering teams, advancing systems engineering best practices.
