Consolidated Power Projects (CPP) is growing its Perth engineering hub, seeking a Senior Primary Engineer to deliver high‑voltage substation projects and support the renewable energy transition. You will lead detailed design activities, mentor juniors, and collaborate with the Adelaide office and project teams to embed CPP in WA.

Based in Perth, you’ll apply deep HV design experience in conductor sizing, short circuit studies, earthing, and equipment specifications.

Qualificações

• Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering with Chartered Status (or ability to achieve on commencement).
• 5+ years in HV power transmission industry and proven HV design experience.
• Experience producing detailed engineering studies in HV domains (system studies, earthing, insulation coordination, or cable sizing).

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on detailed engineering studies and HV design activities for substations and transmission projects.
• Apply primary design skills including conductor/busbar sizing, short circuit analysis, and equipment layouts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and grow the new Perth location from the ground up.
• Ability to undertake interstate travel to build relationships with stakeholders.
