Job summary

Momentum Energy, a part of Hydro Tasmania, is seeking a pricing-focused professional to join the Mass Market Customer Pricing Team in Australia. You will apply pricing, data modelling and financial modelling skills to own and support mass-market electricity and gas pricing decisions.

You will monitor pricing information, make recommendations to stay competitive, update rate cards, assist with renewals, and stay up to date with regulatory changes affecting pricing.

Qualifications

• Experience in pricing, data modelling or financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pricing information and analyse data to support decisions.
• Make recommendations on pricing of mass-market products to stay competitive and profitable.
• Recommend business strategies and implement improvements to pricing operations (price variations, contract renewals, internal issue resolutions).
• Update, review and issue pricing sheets and rate cards accurately.
• Assist with customer renewal and retention activities.
• Stay up to date with regulatory changes impacting pricing.
• Support price variations, network tariff changes and contract renewals.
