Job summary

Talent Right is partnering with a national security fencing contractor to recruit an experienced Pre-Contracts Manager. This role directs the estimating, engineering and drafting inputs to each tender, testing outputs and carrying the outcome, with emphasis on buildability, risk, and commercial margin.

Based in Sydney, the office-based role involves site involvement and requires close coordination with the Head of Pre-Construction.

Qualifications

• Senior pre-construction, estimating, or delivery background.
• Strong on buildability and programme logic.
• Commercially sharp with margin and risk sign-off.

Responsibilities

• Review tender strategy and project methodology.
• Assess programme, procurement and delivery risks.
• Direct the estimating, engineering and bid resources.
• Prepare proposals for client submission.
• Sign off margin and risk within delegated authority.
• Coordinate internal tender review.
