OzChild is seeking a Senior Practice Lead to provide specialist practice leadership across our youth justice and family-based care programs in Queensland. This is a senior specialist opportunity for an experienced practitioner or practice leader who can influence practice at a program and organisational level, build workforce capability and lead the implementation and continuous improvement of evidence-informed practice.
Working closely with senior leaders, Program Managers, Team Leaders, practitioners, Aboriginal partner organisations and external stakeholders, you will bring strong professional expertise to complex practice environments and help translate evidence, implementation science and outcome data into meaningful improvements in service delivery.

You are an experienced senior practitioner, practice leader or specialist with demonstrated experience
You will bring:
Postgraduate qualifications or professional development in Implementation Science, Coaching, Leadership, Project Management or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
