Job summary

Corrections Victoria seeks a Professional Practice Advisor to support case management staff across Dandenong and the south metro region. You will provide advanced practice advice, develop staff capabilities, and help integrate theory with practice.

The role involves monitoring regional performance, contributing to policy development, and delivering education sessions to embed best practices region-wide. Based in Dandenong, you will travel to Pakenham, Cranbourne, and Dandenong as required.

Qualifications

• Experience and expertise in best practice case management frameworks and theoretical concepts to reduce risk and maximise outcomes.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills enabling relationship building and conflict resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to develop complex reports and evidence-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly developed best practice advice and support to case management staff across the region.
• Undertake case practice quality audits and deliver regular practice forums and education sessions.
