Job summary

Agency Iceberg Pty in Melbourne is seeking a SAD or newly appointed GAD-level Talent with expertise in PR, leadership, content and social strategy for a 12-month contract role. The role offers a flexible work model and an annual salary guide of AUD 150,000.

You will work with and support the executive leadership team (digital and PR), drive PR and content development, and develop integrated comms including earner-first creative, social, content and digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a PR agency role.
• Experience with consumer clients.
• Relevant tertiary degree in communications, marketing or public relations is desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of the Australian PR landscape.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Confident presenter.
• Strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the executive leadership team (digital and PR).
• PR & content development.
• Develop and implement integrated PR communications, earner-first creative and PR strategies, social media, content & digital marketing strategies.
• Be the day-to-day contact for key clients & stakeholders.
• Bring to life proactive ideas and new digital strategies.
• Drive national media relations.
• Brainstorm new ideas with the wider team and deliver creative solutions for clients.
• Ensure campaigns stay on schedule, on budget and hit KPIs.
• Work with leadership to track planning and allocations.
• Assist in organic and new business development
• Work on global brands.
