Downer is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major power projects across Western Australia, including substations, Battery Energy Storage Systems, and transmission infrastructure. You will drive opportunity development, tendering, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and close-out with a strong focus on safety, commercial performance and client satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• A project management qualification and AIPM CPPM accreditation preferred.
• Experience in the power/utility sector and HV electrical infrastructure is highly regarded.
• Current driver's licence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the safe and successful delivery of major power projects across WA from opportunity to close-out.
• Set project execution plans, baselines, and manage scope, schedule, resources and milestones.
• Oversee project risks, issues, and change with governance and reporting to clients.
• Build trusted client relationships and lead governance meetings for executive visibility.
• Coach and develop project personnel and foster high performance across teams.
