Job summary

Sirius People is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer in Sydney to own architecture, design, and build of complex Power Platform solutions for a major government program. You will lead a small development team and hands-on develop Canvas and Model-driven apps, while migrating Dynamics On-Premise to Dynamics 365 in the cloud.

The role offers a hybrid model with 3 days in the office around Sydney CBD/Olympic Park, shaping modern workflows with Power Automate, Dataverse, and premium

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on development across the M365 Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, D365 CE, Dataverse).
• Expert-level in building scalable Canvas and Model-driven apps from scratch.
• Strong backend knowledge: Azure SQL, SharePoint Online data migration, REST API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Power Platform solutions for a large government program.
• Lead a development team, mentor juniors, and drive SDLC/DevOps practices.
• Capture complex business requirements from stakeholders and translate into scalable technical designs.
