NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure seeks a Senior Portfolio Manager to lead the assessment and management of housing programs across NSW, including initiatives like the Pre-sale Finance Guarantee, working with government, builders and financial institutions to unlock new housing opportunities and improve community outcomes.
You will guide a high-performing team, provide strategic advice to senior decision makers, and build stakeholder relationships to unlock housing
Help deliver innovative housing programs that support residential development across NSW - like the Pre-sale Finance Guarantee. You will lead the assessment and management of a diverse portfolio of programs, working with government, the residential construction industry, financial institutions and delivery partners to unlock new housing opportunities and improve outcomes for communities.
You will guide a high-performing team, provide strategic advice to senior decision makers and build strong stakeholder relationships to support informed investment decisions.
