Jacobs in Adelaide invites an experienced Portfolio Lead to shape and deliver major Resources programs across Australia and New Zealand. You will oversee a portfolio of studies and projects, aligning technical excellence with commercial outcomes and client value.

Reporting to the ANZ Resources leadership, you’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, foster trusted client relationships, mentor staff and drive portfolio performance while navigating complex stakeholder landscapes across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Resources sector consulting, deliverables, and major capital projects.
• Ability to build trusted client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Strong commercial awareness including planning and forecasting.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations.
• Degree in Engineering or related discipline expected.

Responsabilités

• Lead portfolio across studies, projects and frameworks delivering safe, high-quality, commercially successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with Technical Leaders, Project Managers, Account Managers, Growth & Sales and GID teams.
• Drive portfolio performance and develop people within the team.
