Job summary

nbn is seeking a Senior Pipeline Lead to join the CNS Strategy, Intelligence & Performance team in Melbourne. You will support portfolio planning, governance, and investment decision-making by delivering insights and actionable recommendations to enable informed decisions.

You will manage visibility across initiatives, dependencies, and risks, coordinating with program and product leaders, Finance, Strategy, and delivery teams to drive business case development and improved portfolio practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio management, project delivery, strategy execution or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio planning, investment decision-making and governance activities with insights and recommendations.
• Maintain visibility across initiatives, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure transparent governance reporting across the transformation portfolio.
• Coordinate portfolio activities with program and product leaders, Finance, Strategy, and delivery teams to support business case development and improve portfolio management practices.
