nbn is seeking a Senior Pipeline Lead to join the CNS Strategy, Intelligence & Performance team in Melbourne. You will support portfolio planning, governance, and investment decision-making by delivering insights and actionable recommendations to enable informed decisions.
You will manage visibility across initiatives, dependencies, and risks, coordinating with program and product leaders, Finance, Strategy, and delivery teams to drive business case development and improved portfolio practices.
An exciting opportunity has become available within the CNS Strategy, Intelligence & Performance team for a Senior Pipeline Lead reporting to the Senior Manager Portfolio Integration & Governance.
In this role, you will support portfolio planning, investment decision-making and governance activities by providing meaningful insights, analysis and recommendations that enable informed decision-making. You will be responsible for maintaining visibility across initiatives, managing dependencies and risks, and ensuring governance processes and reporting provide transparency across the transformation portfolio. You will work closely with program and product leaders, Finance, Strategy and delivery teams to coordinate portfolio activities, support business case development and improve portfolio management practices. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic outcomes while helping drive effective execution of the CNS transformation agenda.
You are a collaborative and highly organised professional with experience in portfolio management, project delivery, strategy execution or a related discipline. You enjoy working in complex environments where you can connect strategic objectives with delivery outcomes and help bring structure to competing priorities. You have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret information, identify risks and dependencies, and provide insights that support decision‑making. Your stakeholder engagement skills allow you to build trusted relationships across multiple teams and influence outcomes through collaboration rather than authority. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously and thrive in environments where planning, coordination and continuous improvement are critical to success. With experience supporting governance, portfolio planning or large‑scale transformation initiatives, you bring a proactive mindset and a strong focus on delivering value for the business.
You may find that your experience doesn’t match every requirement listed, and that’s completely normal. If this role resonates with where you are in your career, we encourage you to apply rather than self‑select out. Your skills and perspective could be exactly what adds strength to the team.
