Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Senior Portfolio Analyst (Temp up to 24 months) in Sydney. You will join the IPE Portfolio Management and Reporting team to deliver portfolio performance reporting, insights, governance, and optimisation across a large infrastructure project portfolio.

You will lead portfolio-wide performance analysis, deliver meaningful insights, and support efficient decision-making in a complex environment with multiple projects and reporting frameworks.

Qualifications

• Portfolio reporting, governance and optimisation within infrastructure projects.
• Experience with portfolio reporting, project controls or portfolio assurance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-wide performance analysis and reporting; deliver insights to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Support governance, reporting excellence and performance improvement initiatives across multiple infrastructure projects.
• Ensure data integrity and timeliness of portfolio information across stakeholders and systems.
