Job summary

The Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) in South Australia is seeking a senior leader to drive Priority Reforms. You will shape significant reform initiatives and provide strategic, evidence-based advice that informs government decisions.

You will lead cross-government projects from planning through to implementation, build strong relationships with senior executives, and ensure risks are managed to deliver outcomes that benefit South Australians.

Qualifications

• Significant experience developing, implementing and evaluating policy or reform initiatives.
• Ability to think strategically and provide innovative, evidence-based advice on complex issues.
• Highly developed communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate and build stakeholder relationships.
• Sound judgement, initiative and discretion in sensitive matters.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability; ability to work with complex information.
• Ability to lead priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.
