RMIT University is seeking a policy professional to lead and support high-profile policy projects across governance, with emphasis on practical, compliant policy outcomes. Qualifications

• Strong experience in enterprise policy administration and policy development within a large, complex or highly regulated environment.
• Sound understanding of document hierarchies and how policy frameworks support objectives.
• Experience managing complex policy projects from scoping to approval and implementation.
• Facilitation and stakeholder engagement with policy custodians and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent policy drafting, review, interpretation and analytical skills.
