Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver medium to large-scale industrial automation and process solutions across Queensland and the Eastern Region. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule and budgets, and drive customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will hold engineering education, PMP/PRINCE2, and a postgraduate qualification, with proven experience in mining, oil & gas, power, or manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale industrial, automation, technology, or engineering projects.
• Strong leadership capability with experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and experience managing project budgets and financial performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification.
• Postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Engineering, or Business.
• Experience within Mining, Oil & Gas, Power, Utilities, Manufacturing, Chemicals, or Life Sciences sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive project governance, reporting, and performance management activities.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering and project teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• Monitor commercial performance and contribute to business profitability.
