Hudson is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of a high-profile initiative focused on developing a First Nations Relationships, Responsibilities and Delivery Framework in Queensland.

You will report to senior executives and support governance, planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely delivery of framework outcomes. This is a 6-month contract with up to 40 hours per week, offering hybrid arrangements in Queensland.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex strategic projects in large environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and relationship management skills.
• Experience supporting executive governance processes and strategic decision-making.
• Exceptional written communication, planning and reporting capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in challenging environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day project management and delivery activities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, issue logs, and dependencies.
• Coordinate contributions from subject matter experts, business representatives, and governance groups.
• Prepare executive reports, briefings, presentations, and governance materials.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and engagement activities.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and elevate critical issues as required.
• Support development of the framework, governance model, implementation roadmap, and maturity framework.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained to a high standard and delivered within scope, quality and timeframes.
