Job summary

Wood is seeking an energetic, hands-on Senior Project Manager to be based in our Melbourne office. The role involves direct contractual and execution oversight for energy and chemical supply projects onshore in Victoria, delivering FEED through EPC with subcontractor management.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure safety and project management excellence, build strong client relationships, and drive schedule adherence, cost control and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading oil & gas and chemical EPC onshore projects.
• Strong safety culture and site execution knowledge.
• Ability to develop design/implementation schedules and monitor progress.
• Proven ability to manage multi-discipline teams and deliver FEEDs to EPC.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all aspects of project execution from FEED through EPC, including subcontractor management.
• Lead a multidisciplinary project team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Ensure safety, schedule, cost control, and quality across the project.
• Coordinate with construction and maintenance teams to execute site work.
