Job summary

Firmus Technologies is seeking a Senior Platform Security Engineer to own operational security for AI infrastructure, including GPU-ready multi-tenant Kubernetes, runtime visibility with eBPF tooling, and gatekeeping across CI/CD pipelines. You will lead security controls, incident response, and architecture discussions with AI Infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with privileged access security in production.
• Experience securing multi-tenant Kubernetes environments.
• Proficient with eBPF-based security tooling.
• Experience owning security gates in delivery pipelines.
• Understanding of policy-as-code tooling.
• Experience with workload identity and secrets management.
• Senior escalation point for 24/7 production faults.

Responsibilities

• Build runtime visibility and enforcement using eBPF tooling.
• Own security gates in the delivery pipeline and SBOMs.
• Define and enforce Kubernetes security content and policies.
• Set security standards for Kubernetes control planes in production.
• Test blast radius controls and feed findings to AI Infrastructure.
• Investigate security-related anomalies and respond in real time.
• Provide expert guidance and post-incident reviews for security faults.
• Monitor privileged activity across the estate using identity/certificates.
