Iterate Recruitment Pty is recruiting for a seed-stage Australian healthtech company building AI-powered software. They seek a second Senior Platform Engineer to own infrastructure, security, and platform engineering end to end, from reliability to automation and AI-agent tooling.

This hands-on senior IC role offers breadth across design, security compliance, and guardrails to let AI agents safely operate. You’ll balance fast iteration with strong security and privacy, scaling foundations for

Qualifications

• Hands-on platform, DevOps or SRE experience with breadth across systems, cloud, and security.
• Proficient in at least one language (Python or Go) and git workflows.
• Experience with multi-cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure) and container runtimes.
• Exposure to ISO 27001, Essential Eight, or similar security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the harness for AI agents with safe guardrails.
• Write production-grade tooling and automation with tests and reviews.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
• Ensure reliability, observability and cost across a multi-cloud environment.
• Lead solutions design for new systems and integrations.
• Maintain compliance with privacy and security standards.
