You’ll design and build the engineering and AI platform for a global LegalTech business—automating guardrails, governance and cost-aware tooling so teams can focus on product. LEAP offers flexible, hybrid work in Sydney, with a focus on adoption across the organization and collaboration

Responsibilities

• Build the platform architecture by turning a defined target architecture into shared services, pipelines, environments, secrets management, an LLM gateway and observability.
• Automate guardrails and manage by exception with automated release gates, security scans, SBOMs and policy-as-code.
• Build AI-powered guardrails and bots for automated code reviews, release-readiness checks and documentation.
