Job summary

The Lottery Corporation's Frontier team is seeking an engineering leader to define how software gets built across web, iOS and Android, while integrating AI-powered delivery. This hands-on leadership role shapes architecture, standards, security and engineering practices.

You will mentor senior engineers, drive observability and reliability, and collaborate with Product and Design to shape future experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading architecture and engineering standards across complex digital products.
• Deep expertise across web, mobile or backend engineering, with working knowledge across the full stack
• Experience establishing engineering practices, quality standards and secure design principles.
• Hands‑on experience using AI-assisted development tools in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction across web, mobile and backend platforms
• Define architecture, engineering standards and quality practices
• Lead security, privacy and compliance by design
• Build and evolve our AI-enabled software delivery model
• Mentor senior engineers and raise engineering capability
• Champion observability, reliability and operational excellence
