Job summary

The Iconic is seeking a Senior Planner for the Menswear accessories team in Sydney. You will forecast financial and product trends, manage the seasonal strategy, and partner with Planning and Buying to maximise profit.

The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to process improvements. As a senior contributor, you will shape department direction, mentor direct reports, and influence cross-functional teams to deliver competitive ranges and optimal stock

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion/retail planning preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to forecast financial and product trends.

Responsibilities

• Communicates confidently with senior management and challenging where required.
• Drives department growth using influence and knowledge.
• Manages workload prioritization during peak planning periods.
• Drives continuous improvement in processes, systems or tools.
• Develops mid- to long-term strategic view to grow the department.
• Leads the season strategy with a solid financial plan.
