Job summary

WSP Perth is seeking Highways Engineers across Engineer, Senior and Principal levels to help shape Western Australia’s next generation of transport infrastructure. You will contribute to major highways, freight corridors and urban road upgrades within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and leverage modern digital engineering tools.

Based in the Perth CBD, you’ll develop design solutions, review technical reports, lead project delivery, mentor engineers, and engage with clients to drive

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Chartered status (CPEng) or actively pursuing Chartership.
Experience in roads and highways engineering on transport projects.
Knowledge of Australian Standards and Main Roads WA requirements.
Experience using road design software such as OpenRoads Designer.

Responsibilities

Deliver complex roads/highways projects across WA and nationally.
Develop and review road design solutions and technical reports.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated outcomes.
Build client relationships and support project delivery within scope and budget.
Apply digital engineering tools to improve project outcomes.
Contribute to proposals, pursuits and growth initiatives.
