Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Planner/Senior Planner to work with experienced teams on complex construction projects. You will develop detailed schedules, manage WBS ownership, baselining, and provide regular progress updates for high-tech builds such as data centres.

The role requires Primavera P6 proficiency, a degree in project management or construction, and a keen eye for detail. You will operate in a dynamic environment, coordinating with key partners to achieve strong client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience on complex construction projects, preferably data centres.
• Experience with Primavera P6 to build schedules.
• Detail oriented and quality focused.

Responsibilities

• Build project schedules with milestones and timelines using critical path methodology.
• Define clear ownership via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Ensure schedules align with the project execution plan and procurement strategies.
• Baselining schedules and managing periodic updates.
• Manage fully integrated project schedule and allow reviews at different levels.
• Negotiate timelines and interdependencies with partners for client outcomes.
• Provide regular updates on schedule progress.
• Review external schedules for best-practice planning.
