Job summary

Ferrycarrig Construction is seeking an experienced Lead Planner to join our project delivery team in Sydney. You will develop, manage and control schedules across civil infrastructure, road, bridge, utilities and major projects, reporting to the Construction Manager.

The successful candidate will lead planning practices, ensure on-time delivery within NEC4 contract frameworks, and provide critical planning support through change, risk and performance management across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Lead Planner or Senior Planner with complex civil infrastructure project experience.
• Proficient in NEC4 contracts and programme management.
• Advanced scheduling using Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Establish baselines, critical paths, milestones and resource requirements.
• Prepare tender, pre-contract and delivery programmes for major infrastructure projects.
• Monitor progress and produce planning and performance reports for executives.
• Analyze schedule performance and identify corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain NEC-compliant programmes and assess change impacts.
• Facilitate planning workshops and present updates to stakeholders.
