Job summary

Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Physiotherapist Level 3 to deliver community-based physiotherapy in the Palliative Care service at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. The role requires autonomous clinical judgement and experience with palliative care.

The successful candidate will have AHPRA registration, NSW drivers licence, and a background in clinical care across settings. A full-time arrangement is preferred, with possible job-share options for at least 20 hours.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Physiotherapy Registration to practice, or eligible.
• Current NSW Driver's Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
• Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge across practice areas, including palliative care, Level 2 or higher.
• Ability to initiate, lead, and evaluate quality improvement initiatives or research.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physiotherapy in community palliative care with a high degree of autonomy.
• Exercise independent clinical judgement in client care.
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient outcomes.
