Job summary

Manna Wellness in Guildford and Darlington, Perth Hills, seeks an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our growing allied health team. The role offers established caseload, clinical autonomy and the chance to shape Physiotherapy services within a thriving multidisciplinary clinic with Pilates studios.

We support a flexible contractor arrangement across two locations, with roughly 3–5 days per week and opportunities for further growth and involvement in clinical Pilates and rehabilitation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of physiotherapy experience, ideally including private practice.
• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to manage musculoskeletal and complex presentations.
• Autonomous, proactive approach and collaborative attitude within a multidisciplinary team.

About the role

This is a senior contractor position offering an opportunity to work across our Darlington and Guildford locations.

Our physiotherapy service already has an established presence in Darlington, with exciting opportunities for further growth in Guildford. We anticipate approximately 3–5 days per week across the two locations, with flexibility to discuss an arrangement that works for the right candidate.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Build meaningful therapeutic relationships and deliver thoughtful, individualised care.
• Collaborate with our wider allied health and movement teams to support whole-person wellbeing.

• Integrate exercise rehabilitation and Clinical Pilates into your work where aligned with your experience and interests.

About you

We're looking for a confident, personable and experienced clinician who combines excellent clinical skills with a genuine care for people.

Ideally, you'll bring:

Approximately 5+ years of physiotherapy experience, preferably including private practice.

Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.

Strong clinical reasoning and confidence managing musculoskeletal and complex presentations.

A warm, professional and collaborative approach to client care.

The initiative and independence to manage and grow your own caseload.

An interest in working within a multidisciplinary, whole-person model of healthcare.

Experience in Clinical Pilates, exercise-based rehabilitation or a particular area of physiotherapy expertise would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
