Cabrini Health in Melbourne’s southeast is seeking two Senior Pharmacy Technicians (Specialist) to lead our Pharmacy Technicians across Aseptic Compounding and Dispensary. The roles will support Pharmacists in preparation, dispensing, and sterile products, with a focus on quality use of medications.

The positions are full-time, Monday–Friday, with potential weekend shifts, and involve work between Cabrini Malvern and Cabrini Brighton.

Formación

• Certificate IV in Hospital/Health Services Pharmacy Support.
• Competency in PBS management / manufacturing / clinician trials or drug utilisation.
• Aseptic and Cytotoxic manufacturing experience (advantage).
• Well-developed computer and communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team with sound prioritising and organisational skills.
• Ability to maintain excellent levels of customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Training of Pharmacy Technicians (unqualified and qualified levels).
• Providing assistance and support to the Pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications and sterile preparations.
• Ensures drugs are stored safely and appropriately.
• Communicates and cooperates with the department and wider organisation.
