Qualifications

• Current pharmacist registration and eligibility to practise in Australia.
• Strong clinical pharmacy experience and sound professional judgement.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert clinical advice that supports quality patient care and informed treatment decisions.
• Partnering with medical, nursing and allied health teams to deliver coordinated and patient-centred outcomes.
• Guiding and mentoring pharmacists, team members and students to build capability and clinical excellence.
