Job summary

Chemist Warehouse Group is seeking an Experienced Pharmacist for our Victoria Point store in QLD. The role focuses on high‑quality pharmacy services, patient counselling and practice leadership within a fast-paced retail environment.

You will oversee dispensing, store operations, and dispensary staff while ensuring excellent customer care and compliance with industry standards. This permanent full‑time role supports career development and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Qualified Pharmacist with a valid AHPRA registration.
• Experience dispensing medications within a community pharmacy environment.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commercially astute with business acumen and attention-to-detail.
• Collaborative and coaching leadership capabilities with interpersonal and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently dispensing prescriptions usingMyScripts.
• Day-to-day management of store, dispensary and team operations.
• Dispensary inventory management and order processing.
• Professional patient counselling and providing complete patient care solutions.
• Providing supervision to Interns, Student Pharmacists and Dispensary Assistants.
• Supporting and developing new business strategies in pharmacy best-practice.
