Job description

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Performance Manager to shape our digital footprint in Australia. If you are a data-driven strategist ready to lead high-impact campaigns for a global sports brand, we want you.

Full-time

Closes 15/09/2026

As a Senior Performance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Digital activity across the Australian market. You will be channel-agnostic, overseeing Search, Performance Media, and Paid Social to drive continual conversion growth and maximise ROI.

Accountable for all digital marketing within your remit, you will develop industry-leading strategies, manage budgets, and define CPFA targets against Predicted Lifetime Value (pLTV) sources. You will support and mentor a team of Marketing Executives, ensuring always-on activity remains compliant and efficient, and tactical executions are activated on time.

By identifying cross-channel opportunities and driving a test-and-learn mindset, you will foster working synergies across channel specialist teams, Brand, and CRM. Your leadership will ensure team readiness for key sporting events and deliver streamlined accounting processes against annual budgets.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing leadership role, ideally within the Australian wagering or sports industry

  • Knowledge of App Store Optimisation (ASO) and the relationship between paid and organic app growth
  • Deep awareness of the Australian gambling vertical, local sporting calendar, and strict regulatory requirements
  • Excellent financial acumen with experience in budget planning and forecasting
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to run ad-hoc analysis to drive continuous improvement
