We’re seeking a Senior Performance Analyst (Max Term 12 months - 38 hours, Full Time), who thrives on solving complex technical challenges while working collaboratively with fundraising colleagues. You’ll play a key role in driving efficiency, sharing knowledge, and keeping skills sharp through ongoing learning in emerging performance measures.
Location is at our Territorial Headquarters in Blackburn, VIC.
This role drives the creation and delivery of national fundraising plans, performance measures and reporting aligned with The Salvation Army's strategic priorities. It partners with stakeholders to embed integrated planning and reporting across fundraising teams, while championing systems that improve performance and continuous improvement. Acting as a strategic and hands-on leader, the role builds capability, strengthens governance and risk management, and adapts to evolving fundraising needs.
