Qualifications

• 12+ years experience handling complex people matters.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IR, or related field.
• Strategic thinker with ability to translate strategy into plans.
• Solid knowledge of employment law and industrial instruments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to execute people strategies aligned to priorities.
• Coach leaders through employee relations matters and change.
• Develop leadership capability for high-performing, inclusive teams.
• Lead regional and enterprise-wide people initiatives.
• Ensure consistent employee experience lifecycle and use data for decisions.
