Job summary

Infrastructure NSW is seeking an experienced Senior People Partner to join the People & Culture team in NSW. You will work closely with executives and senior leaders, offering trusted advice that shapes workforce decisions and culture across the organisation.

As part of a small, collaborative team, you’ll cover workforce planning, change management, employee relations, data insights, HR systems and leadership support, with direct access to senior decision-makers and a broad employee

Base salary from $133,348 to $146,945 plus superannuation, commensurate with experience.

We are seeking an experienced Senior People Partner to join our People & Culture team.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with executives and senior leaders across the organisation, providing trusted advice and influencing workforce decisions that support organisational outcomes and culture.

As part of a small, collaborative People & Culture team, you'll enjoy the variety and breadth of a true generalist partnering role. You'll work across strategic and operational priorities, from workforce planning and organisational change through to employee relations, workforce data and insights, HR systems and leadership support.

You're an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, solving complex people challenges and influencing positive outcomes.
