Job summary

FLSmidth Pty Limited in Perth seeks a People Experience Partner to join our Australian People & Culture team. This Senior HR advisory role provides on-the-ground HR support for Western Australian operations, partnering with leaders across the business.

You will handle employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management and leadership coaching, guiding managers and shaping workforce planning and change initiatives across blue- and white-collar groups.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR experience at senior advisory/partner level.
• Extensive expertise in employee relations and industrial workplace matters.
• Proven track record conducting and managing workplace investigations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and managing multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex employee relations matters including grievances, complaints, misconduct, performance concerns and workplace investigations.
• Lead and support workplace investigations, ensuring procedural fairness and appropriate documentation.
• Manage performance improvement processes and provide practical advice to managers on performance and conduct matters.
• Facilitate mediation and conflict resolution and support leaders in resolving challenging workplace situations.
• Coach managers and leaders to strengthen their people management capability.
• Partner with approximately six key leaders across the Australian business through regular stakeholder meetings and proactive HR support.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning and organisational change initiatives.
• Provide commercially sound and pragmatic advice while balancing employee, business and legislative requirements.
• Facilitate leadership development and learning programs, including workshops on communication and workplace behavior.
• Take ownership of the graduate program, supporting participant experience and development of future talent.
