Job summary

Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) invites applications for a Senior Peer Specialist in mental health to support recovery and wellbeing. Use lived experience to lead peer groups, build programs, and shape services that empower consumers and strengthen community connections.

You will lead peer groups, mentor peer staff, contribute to care plans and service improvement, and partner with teams, consumers and community to deliver person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Lived experience in mental health and recovery.
• Experience leading peer support groups or programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and consumers.
• Willingness to obtain Cert IV in Peer Work or equivalent.
• Experience in peer work and group support settings.
