SDN Children's Services in Rooty Hill, Sydney is seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to join our autism-focused preschool. This centre-based role provides speech therapy to children aged 0–16, working with educators and families to integrate therapy into daily routines.

The position is part-time (3 days per week) with a salary of AU$88,683–AU$94,216 per annum. Flexible arrangements and competitive not-for-profit benefits are available.

Qualifikationen

• University qualifications in Speech Pathology and current SPA membership.
• Experience working with children with disabilities using transdisciplinary, strengths-based, family-centred approaches.
• Ability to coach and bridge to families from diverse backgrounds.
• Understanding of the NDIS and ability to manage time toward targets (5 billable hours per day).

Aufgaben

• Centre-based role within Children’s Therapies for children aged 0–16 with autism and developmental needs.
• Provide speech therapy at the autism-specific preschool.
• Collaborate with educators and families, delivering therapy within natural routines or in therapy rooms to build family capacity.
