Job summary

Early Bird Therapy seeks an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Fyshwick clinic, with opportunities for home/school visits as needed. You will deliver OT services to young children, provide supervision to junior therapists, and tailor caseload to your interests, including play and developmental supports.

We value collaborative work with families and professionals, offer supervision opportunities, and support ongoing professional development within a child-centred care framework.

Qualifications

• OT degree and current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 4 years' experience with children and families.
• Strong clinical reasoning and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Current Working with Vulnerable People registration.
• Driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Eligibility to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services for young children and families.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to junior Occupational Therapists.
• Tailor caseload to interests and strengths (play, fine motor, feeding, equipment, etc.).
• Run therapy groups and collaborate with other professionals.
• Keep accurate records and participate in professional development.
