Job summary

BDO Administration Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a Senior Payroll Officer to manage outsourced payroll for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will work with the Payroll Manager to deliver a centre of excellence, oversee transitions, and maintain documentation and client communications. 3-5 years payroll exp and proficiency with payroll software and MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ extensive payroll experience
• Experience with software programs required
• Solid payroll system experience, preferably with SaaS
• Proficient in Microsoft Office package

Responsibilities

• Managing a customised portfolio of clients and overseeing the delivery of payroll related services
• Collaborating with the Payroll Manager to deliver outsourced payroll services
• Preparing all payroll calculations accurately and timely
• Managing day to day client matters and identifying expansion opportunities
• Assisting with client queries in appropriate manner
• Planning payroll transitions or implementations from other providers
• Ensuring compliance with superannuation, Payroll Tax, PAYG and terminations
