Randstad in Melbourne is seeking an experienced payroll specialist to manage a backlog of Long Service Leave (LSL) queries on a temporary to full-time basis. You will navigate complex leave entitlements, adjust payrolls, and ensure compliance with awards and enterprise agreements.

The role requires senior payroll experience, strong analytical skills, and a focus on accuracy in a regulated environment. Hybrid work model with Ringwood office, immediate start, and a competitive agency hourly rate

Formación

• Mandatory demonstrated ability to investigate, interpret, and resolve intricate payroll issues related to LSL entitlements and award interpretation.
• Strong experience handling high-priority payroll backlog and complex leave scenarios.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and data integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of resolving a backlog of ~150 LSL queries and related payroll issues.
• Investigate historical data and implement necessary payroll adjustments in line with awards and enterprise agreements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clear ticket queues while upholding regulatory compliance.
