Perigon Group in Brisbane's inner CBD is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join a busy, multi-entity environment on a temporary 2-month contract.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with responsibility for end-to-end payroll, handling awards and EBAs, resolving queries, and collaborating with HR and Finance to ensure compliance.

The successful candidate will hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced setting with changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
• Background working within a complex, multi-entity organisation.
• Able to hit the ground running with minimal training.
• Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable managing changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Available to commence at short notice.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing across multiple entities
• Interpreting awards, EBAs, and payroll legislation
• Managing payroll queries and resolving discrepancies
• Processing new starters, terminations, and payroll adjustments
• Assisting with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities
• Working closely with HR, Finance, and operational stakeholders
