Job summary

You will work with Aurion and coordinate with the outsourced payroll provider, ensuring accurate payments to staff and judges.

The role involves reporting, compliance with Remuneration Tribunal determinations, and collaboration with the Finance and People & Culture teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering payroll services in a public sector environment.
• Ability to interpret legislation and Remuneration Tribunal determinations.
• Strong communication with managers, staff, and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll transactions including entitlements, leave, and superannuation.
• Reconcile outsourced payroll for staff fortnightly and judges monthly.
• Provide accurate payroll advice and interpret entitlements to managers.
• Be super-user of Aurion and train staff on self-service portal usage.
• Develop procedures and generate Aurion reports for management.
